I am a clinical supervisor for OBLPCT associates. My approach to supervision is flexible, relational, and attuned to the needs of my supervisees. I truly value the opportunity to work with clinicians in the early stages of their career because it is such an amazing, transformative, and sometimes uncomfortable time as you move towards developing your counselor identity. I treat the supervisory relationship as collaborative and work to help my supervisees identify who they are clinically and where they want to go with their own growth and development. I want my supervisees to find themselves, not strive to be another version of me, to that end, I work to create a high level of autonomy while also providing consistent support.
