I provide a collaborative, safe, and affirming space for you to work towards healing and growth. I work with individuals and relationships/couples located in the state of Oregon. I am able to provide sessions virtually or in-person. I work with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and trauma processing. I approach counseling from the perspective that, while I have skills, training, and experience in my role, you are the expert in your life! I come from a place of deep curiosity and compassion in an effort to truly understand where you are coming from and where you’d like to go during the therapeutic process. I believe therapy works best when it happens with someone and not to someone as a collaborative journey together.

We all experiences periods of time where we feel hopeless, stuck, and unsure of a way to move forward. And whether you want to address specific concerns or process trauma, grief, or life transitions, I will work collaboratively with you to uncover patterns, internal stories, and roadblocks that hinder your movement towards healing and growth.

Relationship Counseling
Whatever form your relationship takes, I want to support you in better understanding each other. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and work with all couples through a trauma-informed attachment lens. Together we can explore how to nurture, heal, and strengthen your relationship bond.

or $240 per 90 minute session

I am in network with OHP, Providence, Cigna, and Aetna.
